About the Adolescent
AIDS Program at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore
The AAP is the country’s first adolescent AIDS program and is a leader in the field of HIV prevention, care and research. We specialize in providing medical and counseling services to adolescents who are infected with HIV or who are at-risk for HIV infection. In addition to clinical services, the AAP provides specialized HIV training to medical and mental healthcare professionals who treat adolescents, we design and implement innovative HIV prevention campaigns targeting at-risk youth, and we participate in groundbreaking HIV research on diverse adolescent patient populations.

Current Job Listings

The AAP welcomes referrals from youth care providers for: adolescent-friendly HIV counseling and testing, healthcare, or support groups for HIV positive youth between the ages of 13-21. For more information about our services or to schedule a referral, call 718-882-0023.

• Administrative office hours are Monday through Friday,
8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Clinic hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., however appointments can be arranged for clinic visits on other weekdays.
